DAVID LEWIS conducted the original cast of Godspell; contributed to the soundtracks of the films Fame, Shoot The Moon, The Fan, and to director’s Paul Mazursky’s Tempest with Susan Sarandon.  Lewis toured internationally with Barbara Cook, Lorna Luft, Andrea McArdle, and Hildegard, as well as with the Theatre Guild and for 20 years with the Sesame Street tours.  He performs nationally as a soloist, and with his orchestra.  Lewis’ 11-year collaboration with Kitty Carlisle Hart recently broke attendance records at Feinstein’s at the Regency Hotel.  He received the 2006 Bistro Award from Backstage Magazine for Outstanding Musical Director of the Year.
